CTA do Brasil develops and launches in its line of products, Automated Washing Machines
"Ultrasonic Vapor Degreasing".

CTA do Brasil launches the Portable Ultrasound Line, which was designed for trials and developments in
Laboratories of Industries and Laboratories of Universities.

The Equipment may be used for the purposes of Cleaning, Dissolving, Homogenizing, Shaking,
Degassing among other applications.

CTA do Brasil was the winner of the international tender for the supply of the Ultrasonic Cleaning Line
Which will be used in the new Senai ISI Unit, specialized in Surface Treatment,
Under construction scheduled to open in 2015.

This Ultrasound Cleaning Line is already being manufactured by CTA Brazil and will be one of the most complete lines for cleaning and decontamination of parts and components that will be subjected to PVD, CVD and similar coverings.

The Automated Ultrasonic Cleaning Line that will be provided by CTA do Brasil has 12 Tanks,
Cartesian robot with capacity for 100kg of load, System of Generation of Deionized Water and systems of Ultrasound
With different frequencies providing the quality required by the most demanding Surface Treatment.

CTA launches with exclusivity in Brazil, a new ultrasonic cleaning technology, called the Ultrasonic Submicron or better known in the scientific commercial medium as Megasonic, because the cavitation bubbles are smaller than 1 micron, providing new applications for cleaning by Ultrasound To benefit from processes and solve problems that had previously had no solutions.

The Megasonic works at a frequency of 135kHz and applies to the cleaning of silicon wafers for the manufacture of semiconductors and the cleaning of fruits and vegetables mainly aimed at contaminating them.

Studies are underway to prove the possibility of Ultrasound eliminating part of the vegetable pesticides, and there is a great possibility of being proven, since Ultrasound promotes a great dragging and implosion action of the contaminants that are in the fruit peels and on the vegetable surface.
